  • Recycling 900 kgs of plastic saves approximately 5.7 cubic metres of landfill space
  • Plastic takes up to about 700 years to start decomposing
  • It takes 91% less energy to recycle 2.5kgs of plastic than it takes to recycle 2kgs of paper
